Ravenscroft Homes are Winners of a Building Excellence Award from LABC!

Here at Ravenscroft Homes we are thrilled to announce that we are winners of a Building Excellence Award for the North Wales area from the Local Authority Building Control Organisation (LABC).

We have won the award as a Best Small Developer for our Briarswood Development in the region of North Wales and we are absolutely delighted. This award reflects our brilliant work on beautiful local housing developments and highlights our work on creating sustainable homes.

We are pleased to win this prestigious award for our latest development, Briarswood and it is wonderful to have recognition of our dedication to creating developments of the highest quality that stand out for their excellence.

  The Building Excellence Awards help to draw attention to the best buildings that display a range of special qualities. The finalists, like Ravenscroft Homes, are not judged purely on the visual beauty of their homes but also on the construction work and technical architecture that goes into coming up with creative solutions and tackling design challenges. We rose to the challenge with Briarswood and were able to demonstrate great building control qualities such as excellent communications with clients, the best design and craftsmanship and great project team work. The judges have credited us on our innovation, creativity and commitment to sustainability. All the homes at Briarswood aim to create the least amount of waste products and utilise all energy efficiently. They are also built with long term prospects in mind. These are just some of the qualities that went into Briarswood and won us the Best Small Developer award.
